I bought my home through Whittaker’s and found them a really easy and friendly company to deal with, from the viewings right up to completion. My timelines were very short and their timely communication with the vendor and their solicitor meant that I could complete my purchase at the same time I competed my sale. I wish I could offer some constructive feedback but really can't. So just wish the team every success and keep up the good work. Update: And now sold a house with Whittaker & Co! Less than 8 weeks from first meeting/valuation; taking photos etc etc; getting online; viewings; offers; exchange and completion. Yes less than 8 weeks!
